Okay so for the last little bit I might have been a tad on edge. But since the start of the new year, (even though we are only 19 days into it) things have managed to come together and get back on track.
In the last two weeks Jay and I have managed to get a pretty set guest list nailed down, pick out cake design and flavour, pay off our wedding coordinator, aaaaaannnndddd booked our honeymoon to HAWAII!!!!
Originally we were going to go on a cruise, but it wasn't really working out considering where we wanted to leave from and where we wanted to go. But I'm pretty good with going to Hawaii over a cruise :D. We are going for 10 days from May 21 - 31, getting home very early June 1. We're doing 3 days in Honolulu / O'ahu and 7 in Maui. I'm so excited. But it seems so unreal that we are going to Hawaii for our honeymoon.
We also got out table seating chart ordered and the place settings. Now we just need to figure out who is going to sit where. I hope no one has a problem where they sit lol.
Next thing we have to do is actually make the invitations. That should be interesting considering we are doing them ourselves. But I am looking forward to having a stuffing party with the wedding party (that sounds completely inappropriate lol). It'll be nice to spend time together as a group.
Oh another big thing, (that has pretty much been Jay's domain), is planning our stag and doe. Holy crap there is a lot that goes into that. But at least we have a date that we want to do it, and now a place. At least I think we have a place. I'm going to have to double check that with Jay. It's going to be March 24, probably in Milton, and one hell of a great time! I can't wait to see everyone before the big day!
